The ways to deal with spammers

At the moment there are limited ways to take care of spammers. The most efficient and fundamental way, in my opinion is that when you play game, you set yourself aside for a while before you start adventuring and blocking every user that spasm in chat. This is currently a method supported by lots players. Be patient. Sure, it works. But the spammers will be back next time, and they will give themselves different names every time they appear again. They have seemingly respawned even if you only log off for a few minutes.
