Striking the delicate balance

A lot of attention have been placed on the striking the delicate balance between managing busy servers within queue times by adding new servers too quickly that are under populated and making servers that enable players’ experience fun in game, since the opening of Head Start in the past week. Longer than desired queue times taken by some of our servers results from an initial rush on the first days of Head Start. What is more, much more efforts have been made in order to alleviate this. In fact, it is happy to get know that the server caps have been increased and an additional server is added to both North America and Europe by this weekend. An continue effort will be made to evaluate adding additional servers.
