Debuff in Aion

Debuff is a term to describe an effect. There are some debuffs included in almost all MMORPGs. There is great variety in what debuffs can do. Some effects are primarily used for crowd control in a different conceptual category. Roots are included which are specialized in stopping target movement. In some games roots can lead target to attack nearest PC rather than its intended target. Another representative is stuns which are designed to interrupt spells, remove combat queues. As for mezzes or sleeps, they can cause target to cease all activity for a fixed length of time while fears are skillful to cause target to randomly run around for a brief period of time.
