Commitment to make the MMO player experience the best

At Ncsoft we as the Aion promoter are committed to make the MMO player experience the best. The fact proved that the launch of Aion is very successful, which is beyond our expectation in many ways. It costs longer that usual queue times to experience on some of the servers. A lot of attention has been paid on striking the subtle balance in managing busy servers with queue times by adding new servers that are under populated and can not deliver a fun experience for players. We are working hard to alleviate this. We are excited to announce that server caps have been increased on and an additional server is added in North America and Europe both. We will still continually work on evaluating adding additional servers.
